Experienced Conveyancing Secretary Required to Work from Home Part Time : West Bridgford, Nottingham
I am a ‘virtual’ residential and commercial property solicitor working from home in West Bridgford (but under the umbrella of a large well-established law firm). I am looking for an experienced conveyancing secretary who can assist me with typing of: Property Reports/Reports on Title Letters raising enquiries Search Reports Drafting Contracts and Transfer Deeds Preparing contract packages Preparing auction contract packages Applying for and chasing Redemption Statements, Certificates of Title, etc File Notes/Telephone Notes Any other conveyancing related assistance (possibly chasing emails/calls, etc) At present, it will be on an ad-hoc basis and can be paid at an hourly rate or a ‘job rate’. Experience is an absolute must as I do not have the time to train from scratch anyone without the relevant knowledge to type up TR1s, Contracts, etc., although very happy to give refresher training and guidance if you have been ‘out of the loop’ for a while’! I will need you to transcribe both by typing from handwritten notes and maybe audio typing (although not essential – we can work around that). Ideal for someone retired looking to supplement their current income, or maybe a stay-at-home Mum looking to earn some extra money working from home around the school run. I am friendly, approachable and easy to work with and I need someone professional, reliable and efficient.
